20 % account in advance will be
requested ( Credit Cards: Master
Card, VISA, American Express or
Bank transfer). We will provide
instructions on these options
when you are ready to book.
Subsequently, if the apartment
you chose is availiable , will
send you the reservation-voucher.
Without our reservation-voucher
the reservation is not done!

· Total balance must be
paid on your arrival to Castello

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must
be written by email, fax or letter
direct to Castello Scandeluzza.
Untill 15 days prior
to arrival day - no charge, only
€uro 50 will be deducted
from your credit card for administration
office expences.
Within 15 days to arrival day
- one night charge.
No show - penalty 80% of the
whole reservation
